Director Shaun Scott has garnered a lot of attention for his youth and his willingness to take on challenges. He took on no less than the entire history of Seattle in his documentary, Seat of Empire, and how he’s making his narrative film debut with 100% Off. Expect Scott’s eye for local color and ear for topicality to hold sway in this docu-drama about four UW undergrads facing the romantic and social realities outside the cocoon of academia.
