The Grapes of Rad

A live comedy podcast taping is a difficult thing. You must be “on” enough to entertain the live crowd, yet not so hammy that the listener on the treadmill scrolls away on their iPod to find something less irritating. The People’s Republic of Komedy continues to carve out a niche for skilled practitioners of this high-wire act, and this month they host The Grapes of Rad, a long-running weekly podcast by Seattle duo Aaron Mason and Ben Parsons. Expect funny banter, opinions, storytelling and can’t-miss segments like Awful Poetry with Zack, Listener Voicemail and “Hey, Bartender!”
