Historic Seattle's First Hill Neighborhood Tour

With the most recent tour taking place last Thursday, Historic Seattle will be guiding tourgoers through the First Hill neighborhood once again on August 16th.  The tour is guided by Historic Seattle Program Director, Larry Kreisman and includes informative stops at many of Seattle's most historical and architecturally marvelous clubs, churches, and hotels.

After beginning at the Frye Art Museum, one of the first stops on the tour is St. James Cathedral.

A tour of First Hill wouldn't be complete without a stop at the classic Sorrento Hotel.  Tour-goers are offered happy hour pricing at the hotel after the tour.

The historic Dearborn house, built in 1907 for Henry Dearborn, is now home to the Historic Seattle organization's offices

The Stimson-Green Mansion offers some incredible detail inside and out.

August 16th is the final date of the summer for the tour, and it is not one to miss.  Tours are three hours long, from 1-4pm.  The cost is $35 for non-members, $25 for Historic Seattle Members, and $20 for students.  More information on registration can be found HERE
